Data collected

When you use the contact form: your full name, your company name (optional), your phone or messaging app (optional) and the message you write.

To limit abuse, your IP address is kept for a few minutes in the server’s memory, without being stored. The host’s technical logs may contain this address; they are kept for the minimum period necessary, per Vercel’s privacy policy (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy).

Purpose

To answer your request and arrange a first meeting. This data is not used for advertising or profiling, and is not sold.

Legal basis

Processing based on pre-contractual measures taken at the person’s request (GDPR article 6.1.b) and, for a request made on behalf of a company, on OptiBuild’s legitimate interest in replying (article 6.1.f).

Retention period

Three years after the last contact.

Recipients

The data is received by OptiBuild by email. That email is delivered by an email-sending provider, Brevo, established in the European Union, acting on our behalf. Brevo SAS, 17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France. Messages entered in the form pass through Brevo for the delivery of the email; any transfer outside the European Union is covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Cookies and analytics

No analytics, advertising or tracking cookie is set. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: no request is sent to a third-party service to display them.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, by writing to valentin@optibuild.eu.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
